#DOVEBODYLOVELETTER Instagram Poetry Performance Campaign

Wrote, performed, and recorded an original series of 16 personalized poems in response to DOVE customer's comments on their experience with self-love and body positivity. These "love letters," in the form of spoken word poems, were tailored toward each individual to encourage them to appreciate their body the way it is. This campaign ran on my personal Instagram and the official DOVE Instagram during November of 2022.

NIKE "Never Done Shining" NBA Playoff National Television Commercial

Wrote, performed, and recorded in-studio an original poem "See Her Shine" for NIKE to encourage young women and girls to continue their involvement in the sports they love, and to shine a light on Toronto's female changemakers in basketball. This commercial aired frequently on Sportsnet and TSN across Canada during the 2022 NBA Playoff games.

City of Toronto FIFA World Cup Host City Bid Campaign Video Performance

Wrote, performed, and recorded in-studio an original poem "If The World Was A Village." This was showcased to FIFA representatives and the Mayor of Toronto, John Tory, as World Cup delegates made their last visit to Toronto.

University of Toronto Daniels Faculty of Architecture "Support Black Designers" Mural

Contributed 3 poems as visual tiles to include in the mural project, alongside work from local Black artists and students. Click on the image for more.

Toronto Raptors Opening Night Performance at Scotiabank Arena

My poem and video "We Back" was presented live at the first Raptors "Homecoming" game in 2021. It was presented live on television and on the Jumbotron before the game.

Welcome Toronto Creators Program

I was selected as one of three featured artists for the inaugural Welcome Toronto Creators Program for the Toronto Raptors and OVO. I wrote and performed a poem "Welcome Home" that aired during the pre-game and halftime shows for the Raptors' game against the Brooklyn Nets. Click on the image to view the performance video.
